From the Desk of
Open Source Santa Claus
Dear Ondra Mařík,
Ho ho ho! Or should I say, "Fork fork fork"? I've been watching your GitHub profile, and boy, do I have some thoughts!
Looks like you're quite the forking enthusiast, aren't you? Thirteen repositories, and most of them are forks. I haven't seen this much forking since I got stuck in a spaghetti factory! Are you afraid of original content, or do you just really enjoy playing with other people's toys?
I see you've made a whopping 25 commit contributions. Wow, that's almost as many as the number of cookies I eat in one sitting! And those 6 pull request contributions? I'm sure they were life-changing. Maybe next year you can aim for 7 – you know, one for each of my reindeer.
Speaking of challenges, I noticed your wish for "more interesting work challenges." Well, here's a challenge for you: try creating an original repository! I know, I know, it's scary stuff. But who knows? You might surprise yourself and actually contribute something meaningful to the open-source community.
P.S. Remember, Ondra, in the world of open source, it's not about how much you fork, it's about how you use your fork. Now go forth and code something that doesn't require a "git clone" command!
Sarcastically yours,
Salty Open Source Santa
