From the Desk of
Open Source Santa Claus
Dear Denish Puthawala,
Ho ho ho! Or should I say, "No no no"? I've been checking my list twice, and I'm starting to think you might be allergic to code contributions!
Your GitHub profile is so empty, I thought my elves had accidentally sent me a blank piece of parchment. Zero repositories? Zero stars? Zero followers? I've seen more activity in a hibernating bear's cave! Are you sure you're a developer, or did you just create this account to lurk on other people's projects?
I noticed you're following two people. At least you're showing some interest in the open source world. It's like watching a cooking show without ever stepping into the kitchen. Maybe next year you'll actually write some code instead of just window shopping on GitHub.
Speaking of next year, I saw your wish list. You want to marry a girl who's also a developer? Well, my jolly friend, you might want to actually become a developer first! Right now, the only thing you're committed to is having zero commits.
PS: If you're looking for a New Year's resolution, how about "contribute to at least one open source project"? Baby steps, Denish, baby steps!
Sarcastically yours,
Salty Open Source Santa
