From the Desk of
Open Source Santa Claus
Dear Theo "T3" Browne,
Ho ho ho! Or should I say, "Yo yo yo"? I've been watching your GitHub profile, and boy, do I have some thoughts for you, Mr. CEO of Ping.gg!
First off, 11,126 followers? I'm impressed. Almost as impressed as I am by how many times you've probably said "TypeScript" in your sleep. Your bio says you're "just here for the vibes," but we both know you're really here to spread the gospel of strongly-typed JavaScript, aren't you?
I see you've got a whopping 113 repositories. That's cute. I've got a workshop full of elves, and they're probably more productive than half of those repos. But hey, at least you're trying! I particularly enjoyed your "1app5stacks" project. Building the same app five times? I haven't seen someone repeat themselves that much since I got stuck in a time loop on Groundhog Day.
Speaking of repeating, I noticed your wish for "more engagement" on your wishlist. Have you considered that maybe, just maybe, people are tired of hearing about TypeScript? Just kidding! (Sort of.) Keep pushing those pixels and compiling those types, Theo. Who knows? Maybe next year you'll graduate from the "nice" list to the "actually shipped something" list.
P.S. Your friends at Directus asked me to roast you. And with friends like that, who needs coal in their stocking, am I right?
Sarcastically yours,
Salty Open Source Santa
